Report Fraud or Scam

If you suspect fraud, scam, unauthorized activity, or any violation of PayLock’s Terms on our platform, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and act swiftly to protect our users and maintain trust.
What to Report
- Seller never delivered goods/services after receiving funds
- Buyer paid but never received the agreed item or service
- Someone is using your account without permission
- Phishing emails, fake PayLock links, or impersonation attempts
- Any suspicious behavior that violates our Terms or Nigerian law
How to Report Fraud
- Log in to your PayLock account (if possible)
- Go to the relevant transaction (if the issue is transaction-related)
- Click “Report Fraud” or “Raise Dispute” (if within review period)
- If the transaction is not listed or you cannot log in, use the form below

What Happens After You Report?
- We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- Our team will investigate (may contact both parties and review evidence)
- If fraud is confirmed, we may freeze funds, suspend accounts, and report to authorities
- You will receive updates via email
Important Notes
- Do **not** share sensitive information (passwords, full bank details) in reports
- False or malicious reports may result in account suspension
