• Transaction data: deal details, amounts, payment references, uploaded receipts/proofs
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device ID, pages visited, timestamps
• Payment data: processed securely via Paystack — we do not store full card/bank details

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To facilitate escrow transactions and releases
• To verify identity and prevent fraud
• To resolve disputes and provide support
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• To improve the Service (analytics, bug fixes)

3. Sharing of Information

We share information only when necessary:

• With the other party in a transaction (name, email, phone if relevant)
• With Paystack (our payment processor) for transaction processing
• With regulators, law enforcement, or courts when required by Nigerian law
• With trusted service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality

We retain transaction and account data for at least 7 years to comply with financial, tax, and anti-money laundering regulations in Nigeria.
